Yes! Check out our Locations page for hotel suggestions and booking info. Rooms are booking up fast, so we suggest booking ASAP.
Can my company sponsor Empower?

When should I plan to arrive and leave Philadelphia?
Check out the Empower agenda here. If you're attending the Guru Customer Summit, make sure you can arrive at World Cafe Live by 2:30pm on May 7th. Otherwise, we suggest arriving in time for the Welcome Reception (6-7:30pm on May 7th), where you can check-in and get your badge.
Is there a code of conduct?
Yes! We're promoting and enforcing the Conference Code of Conduct, with a commitment to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices.
I manage a (sales, support and/or CS) community, how can I get involved with Empower?

What can I do around Philadelphia while I'm there?

What should I wear at Empower?
Business casual is encouraged, but most importantly, we want you to feel comfortable while you're at Empower, so you can focus on learning and connecting with colleagues.
My company doesn't use Guru - will Empower be worthwhile for me?
Yes, 100%. Empower is not a Guru user conference. Empower is all about learning and sharing best practices around empowering your frontline revenue teams (sales, customer success, and support) to deliver best-in-call customer experience and drive revenue - regardless of whether you use Guru or not.
